These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Tip Tip Bet (the "Service"), operated by Tip Tip Bet, with its registered office in Warsaw, Poland ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please don't use the Service.
1. What Tip Tip Bet is — and isn't
Tip Tip Bet sells access to independently produced football analysis and picks, built from statistical models, mathematics and confirmed lineups.
- We are not a bookmaker, betting exchange, or gambling operator.
- We do not accept, place, or facilitate bets on your behalf.
- We do not hold or manage funds used for betting with any third party.
- Our tips reflect a modelled opinion at the time of publication. They are not financial or betting advice, and are not a guarantee of any outcome.
2. No guaranteed profit — you bear the risk
Sports outcomes are inherently uncertain. Past results shown in our public log do not guarantee future performance, and no combination of statistics, modelling, or analysis can eliminate the risk of loss. If you choose to place a bet with a third-party bookmaker based on information from Tip Tip Bet, you do so entirely at your own discretion and risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tip Tip Bet and our staff accept no responsibility or liability for any losses — financial or otherwise — that you incur as a result of betting decisions you make, whether or not those decisions were informed by our content.
3. Eligibility
The Service is intended solely for individuals aged 18 or older. By using Tip Tip Bet you confirm that you meet this requirement and that engaging with football-betting-related content is lawful in your jurisdiction. See our 18+ notice and Responsible Gambling page for more.
4. Subscription, billing and cancellation
- Tip Tip Bet is offered as a single recurring plan ("All-Access Monthly") billed monthly until cancelled.
- Payments are processed by Stripe, our third-party payment processor. We never see or store your card details — see our Privacy Policy for details.
- A subscription unlocks the selection, odds and analysis for every tip published while it remains active. Match, competition and market summaries remain publicly visible without a subscription.
- You may cancel at any time from your account page; access continues until the end of the paid period.
- Unless required by law, payments already made are non-refundable, including for partially used billing periods.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- share your account or unlocked content with people who haven't subscribed;
- scrape, republish, or resell Tip Tip Bet content;
- attempt to interfere with, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Service; or
- use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
6. Accuracy of content
We aim for our analysis to be accurate and timely, but we make no warranty — express or implied — as to the completeness, reliability, or accuracy of any tip, statistic, or piece of analysis. Content is provided "as is."
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tip Tip Bet is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service, including betting losses, loss of profit, or loss of data. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under Polish or EU law.
8. Changes to the Service or these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any dispute not resolved informally will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Warsaw, Poland, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections available in your country of residence.
